Onward Homes is proud of our nearly 50-year history of developing, acquiring, managing and owning mixed-market affordable housing throughout Calgary.
There is an immediate and growing demand for low-income and affordable housing across the city.
Onward is working on new developments to provide affordable homes for those in greatest need. We work closely with all orders of government to make that happen.
Our neighbours are important stakeholders. We are committed to developing and maintaining strong relationships within our neighbourhoods and communities, and to providing a timely, open and transparent consultation process with all of the neighbours to our new developments.
We are excited to contribute to the vibrancy of the communities where our residents are currently living, as well as to those communities where we are building future homes for Calgarians in need of housing.

Killarney
This 29 unit (studio, one and two bedroom) project with community-focused design principles, space for community programming, underground parking, and four barrier-free suites, is in a location the promotes walkability and access to nearby amenities. Learn more

Onward's proposal for the site is a four storey multi-family apartment building on the north lot and a multi-unit townhouse complex on the south lot totalling 72 new units. Learn more
