When fully developed, Franklin Station will provide up to 350 housing units, ranging from one- to three-bedroom apartments, on the lot just south of Memorial Drive. Approximately 50% of the project will be dedicated to housing for low income residents, including seniors, families and individuals with challenges such as mobility.
