The Site

The site at 108 Mission Road SW is located at the west end of Erlton Terrace along the north side of Mission Road in the community of Erlton. The property is currently vacant and was previously home to a decommissioned ENMAX substation.

The Project

Onward is advancing plans for a proposed residential development at 108 Mission Road SW.

The proposal includes a five-storey building with affordable housing units, landscaping improvements, on-site parking and pedestrian access enhancements.

The site is located near transit, parks, pathways and everyday services, making it a strong location for new housing within an established community.

The project has continued to evolve through technical review and community input.

The Process

Following earlier engagement in 2025, the project team has refined the concept and is preparing the next stage of the planning process.

Updates include:

• Refined building layout

• Increased setbacks in key areas

• On-site parking access from Mission Road

• Pedestrian access improvements

• Landscaping enhancements

• Ongoing design refinements

The Planning Process
