  • For some of our properties, you can apply with us directly. For other properties, we do not accept direct applications from prospective residents – instead, we work with more than 60 referring social service agencies who refer prospective residents to us. Visit our eligibility & applications page for more information.

  • If you are a resident requiring information about resident insurance, please email living@onwardhomes.ca or call 1-877-891-9060.

  • We accept rent payments through pre-authorized debit. Other forms of payment may be accepted in exceptional circumstances only.

  • We own and operate multi-family apartment buildings, townhomes and supported homes. Please visit our properties page for more information.

  • We are committed to providing quality homes for our residents while still ensuring long-term sustainability of our buildings and operations. We continually reinvest in our properties, which is made possible by carefully managing our finances.

  • Rent is due on the first of every month.

  • All of our apartment buildings are pet-friendly, but a pet application is required. If you would like to apply to have a pet, please complete and submit a Pet Application Form before adoption.

  • Buildings with underground parking are Horizon 14, Horizon Ridge, Horizon View, Horizon West, Bishop’s Manor and The Elan.
